Depending what sport you dad plays you could get him something to help with that may be lessons or renew his membership, a nice picture in a frame (maybe to match the clock) to go on his desk would be nice.

Why is there no QR code on this page to take me straight to the app in Market? You're gonna make me type it in to the search function. Kind of ironic that an app to make use of barcodes doesn't make use of the idea for itself.

It is a very interesting idea but unfortunately it is far from being perfect. I can say it does not work properly in 90% of the times. I would love to have this application running well and get rid of all those cards that are cluttering my wallet. At this moment I decide that the best thing to do is to remove this app from my iPhone and wait for a reliable version in the future.
