That’s right, not one but BOTH of our Froogloid apps were nominated for Android Awards!  a2b was nominated for the best GPS/location based app and Key Ring was nominated for the best shopping app. This may seem trivial to some but to us it means the world!  It’s an absolute honor to be nominated for these awards and it feels incredibly awesome to have the android community show their appreciation for our apps. 

So what are the android awards?  Good question.  Most, if not all of the android related websites joined forces to the create the “android network awards”.  You could consider these folks the resident android experts, if you will.  They’ve created a list of 25 categories with 5 apps for each category.  Starting tomorrow, Monday 8/3, users can begin voting for their favorite apps.  For more information and a list of nominated apps you can go here: http://androidguys.com/?p=6205
